FORMULA X CO., LTD. (บริษัท ฟอร์มูล่า เอ็กซ์ จำกัด) is a limited company registered in Thailand under juristic person number 0105568003989. It operates formulaxgames.link and publishes games as Formula X Games, an independent mobile game studio.
FORMULA X CO., LTD. is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Its registered head office, as recorded by the Department of Business Development (DBD), is 19/125 อาคารสุขุมวิทสวีท ชั้นที่ 13 โซน แซท 9 ซอยสุขุมวิท 13 (แสงจันทร์) ถนนสุขุมวิท แขวงคลองเตยเหนือ เขตวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร.
This policy explains what Formula X Games collects through the website and through correspondence, why, for how long, who processes it for us and what rights you have.

This policy currently covers the formulaxgames.link website and email contact or postal correspondence with Formula X Games.
We do not currently publish any mobile apps on the Formula X Games website, so no app name, package name, SDK or Android permission is described here.
When Formula X Games releases a game on Google Play, that app will receive a separate policy at its own address on formulaxgames.link, naming the app and its exact package name, following its Data Safety answers and listing its SDKs and permissions.
Information we collect

The Formula X Games website has no accounts, forms, comments or payments. You do not need to give us personal data to read it.
Our hosting provider processes technical request data for us: IP address, requested page, time of request, browser type and, if sent, the referring page.
Formula X Games runs no analytics software, advertising pixels or tracking scripts on the website.
If you write to Formula X Games, we receive your name, contact address and anything you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information or national ID numbers.
Each future Formula X Games app policy will follow the Google Play Data Safety categories and state whether data stays on the device or leaves it.
How we use information

Formula X Games does not sell personal data, does not use it for advertising or profiling and makes no decisions about you by automated means alone.
Third-party services and SDKs

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts formulaxgames.link and acts as our processor for request data. Its policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Any SDK used in a future Formula X Games game will be named, with a link to its policy, in that game's own policy.
Data retention and deletion

Cloudflare keeps request logs briefly under its own settings; Formula X Games does not copy them into another system.
Formula X Games keeps correspondence for up to 24 months after a matter closes, unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim or a duty under Thai law.
You may ask us to delete your correspondence at any time. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it, and will tell you if so.
The website stores nothing on your device, so there is no local website data to remove.
Children

The Formula X Games website is a general company site and is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through formulaxgames.link. If a child has written to us, tell us and we will delete the message.

Your rights

Write to FORMULA X CO., LTD. using the details in Contact us. We aim to reply within 30 days and may ask for reasonable proof of identity before releasing personal data.
You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) at pdpc.or.th. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter first.
International transfers

Formula X Games is run from Thailand.
Cloudflare operates a global network, so request data may be processed outside Thailand, including in the United States and Singapore.
Where that happens we rely on Cloudflare's data processing terms and the safeguards permitted under sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA.
